Horrible customer service some cold blooded humans in office on Friday June 26th, in the Era of "We're in this together" my 96yr old mom who depends on them for some repairs, got (zip zilch,) just nasty females today.they could care less about the situation it's a emergency we've not had Air since the 21st window unit blew circuit and that's the area of no power Duke energy came Sunday and said that we need to have window air conditioner on its own circuit. 3 rooms do not have power and it's been very hot. .Will be contacting city,..so that was 2019, didn't hit post. Sooo I'll add now it's 2022 still unsatisfied. However PWC did come out and put Air conditioner on it's own circuit. But our electrical board needs updating. That was in 2020. Called in 2021about water backups in basement..still waiting, now our Porch(concrete) that PWC has repaired 3 times is crumbling Again. Put a call in for that. Still waiting. Today we received a postcard saying city in partnership with PWC for lead poison program. Says they do windows-door replacement and all health &safety repairs well it's July 26th 2022 (Nothing)Aftab VM Kearney City Mrg what's going on.

I finally got my soffit and porch repaired. What was a bonus was having my ramp removed which I needed badly. The gentleman came out worked hard and did a fantastic job. The porch was not expert quality, but it looks better than what it was and you can't complain when it's free. Thank you PWC.

Last year in 2021 I contacted PWC about repairing my ceiling where I had a roof leak the guy arrived and saw that my patio door was damaged and needed to be replaced. I agreed to let them replace my patio door but I wanted the same clear glass door that I had my neighbors and family were willing to pay the difference of $300. The gentleman that went to pick up the door decided he liked a different door with window panes not only did he replace one of my doors with window pane and the other door is clear glass he installed the doors incorrectly you can see 2 inch gap to the outdoors I had to put plastic into the holes to get through the winter and now I have geckos and mice coming in my house my 90 year old mother and I are terrified of them. I called several times they sent out several cruise and 2022 no one has yet to correctly install the doors.
