They have a homeless prevention office in the building. I know for sure they can help you in there.

They are open Monday through Friday 8 to 4:30 Saturday 8 until 12. They help with getting birth certificates on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 9 until noon.

I believe they do it the first or 2nd Saturday of each month but dont quote me on that but try 2 call them
