The hotel is an older building in downtown Syracuse. Some people potentially won't like the exterior but they have updated the flooring and there is only 1 ice machine on the 1st floor. The rooms are completely updated. My room was very clean and quiet. It was overlooking the highway but I couldn't really hear it with the air conditioner on. The price was great and it was a comfortable room. The receptionists were friendly. When the soda machine "stole" my money, the receptionist quickly refunded my money.

Everyone was great here. Really cannot say enough about the people. The staff is awesome and that makes a difference. The rooms were nice and they were clean. The bed was very comfortable. A hot breakfast every morning.

This hotel is 4 short blocks from St Joseph’s hospital. It is very clean and the rooms have very nice new furniture. Great breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. The staff is very friendly and helpful and accommodated our special needs. We will definitely stay there again

Loki Dragoon

The staff was accommodating to my needs and were friendly and overall great. The breakfast is amazing with options for all. (Try the waffles!) Laundry equipment was inexpensive and only took $1 to dry.
