I used to live in the 1350 building several years ago and had a really good experience. I was excited to look for a place in this building now for my parents, who recently moved to Chicago. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience speaking with the leasing agent. He was a bit rude at the very beginning of our appointment and became progressively more so, insisting that we give him our price range. When we told him we wanted to see the available options for the parameters we had described, he kept demanding a price range. It felt like a scam.

Heroes was a great leasing agent. He was so attentive and helpful during the leasing and move-in process! It's a little scary moving across the country and not even being in person to scope things out, and Heroes made that process so wonderful! I’ve been here for a few weeks and absolutely love this community. Everything is so clean and everyone from the door staff to the residents are very friendly. Highly recommend!

I've been living in building 1360 for a month and I'm frustrated with some things. The first one, the building is very poorly maintained in terms of cleanliness and this makes a big difference to me. I'm doing this review because I've complained 4 times, I asked for cleaning on the 16th floor and no one came. I've been here for a month and I haven't seen anyone using a vacuum cleaner this whole time. The carpet is very dirty. I asked to know about the cleaning schedule, nobody informs and nobody knows. In addition, what brought me here was the location and the cost of rent which is reasonable, however everything is charged including delivery of your purchases. The electricity rate that I was informed is low cost, it is not true, and it includes all other services, such as garbage, gas, among others that I was not informed. You pay for washing and drying clothes, you pay for everything, you pay for the internet, in the end the cost of living here is very high for what is oferred. The garage is horrible, super crowded if you're not a great driver and you have to accept to leave your car for the Valet, it sometimes takes 40 minutes to bring your car, since there are too many cars for the few workers in the garage. I was informed that there would be a spot for me for 295.00 but no, I must find any available spot, if I find it, or to have my spot it will cost more than 400.00USD.This not what I was informed by the leasing office. At the moment what most bothers is the lack of professionalism in cleaning in general. In addition, the area where organic waste is placed smells bad, as I don't see any cleaning actions in this area.
