Please please stay away. The new management is terrible. Rude, nasty, and not fun to work with. The apartment is so nice for people to act this way and treat people with such disrespect. I am so thankful I found another apartment. Please check out 215 west Washington. P.S. I really wish I could give zero stars.

I had two tours scheduled and they were both canceled back to back. Why I try to call no one answers, just an automated machine that hangs up. This is really ridiculous as I looked forward to touring this place and potentially signing a lease. Please do matter on your communication and maybe not cancel back to back and waste peoples time.

I loved living here for 3 years before new management came in, specifically Ariel Wiley. Never have I worked with such a cold, inconsiderate, soulless creature. Do not give her your time of day. She demanded I pay for blinds that were removed by maintenance because they did not have records of old maintenance requests. Save yourself some money and stress and live literally anywhere else.

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years. They switched management companies in early 2022 and ever since then it’s been awful. I used to love living here but now everything has changed. There’s a reason all the staffing left - everybody everybody. They never return your emails. There was an arson in the garage that residencies were not given any information about despite asking about it. No warning on what floor it occurred and no changes made to ensure safety. Instead, they increased our parking. You are never notified if you’re packages come. They are not secure. They are always hiring new door staff cause they treat workers poorly and turnover is high. You are not allowed to extend your lease (even for more money) and they only offer 12 month lease terms. They will not work with you. Leasing is not present on weekends. They won’t even let you extend it 1 day to help ease move out transition. The doors to the patio are frequently locked and you have to get the door person to help unlock them if you want to grill. They have been behind on their window cleaning. There’s no community events with residents like their used to be and communication is bad bad bad. Crescent heights selling Astoria was the worst thing to ever happen. Don’t live here. Live in 1001 south across the street if you are looking. If Astoria is willing to help me not be homeless during transition / moving process then I will change my review . The new management is unacceptable. I will miss my neighbors and the view and that is all.

Hi Mu, yes we do.
Hi Carmelita, we accept all qualified applicants.
Hi Latrell, our utility packages vary from $95-$140/month depending on the size of the apartment and parking is $220/month.
Hi Sylvia, our 1 bedrooms start at $1,800/month.
Hi Steve, while Astoria does not have a dog run, we are just 1-block away from Grant Park.
