I live here 4 months or so and I don't like this building at all. My apartment stay cold I have to use my stove for heat. I told the office several times. This heat is included in my rent. This is ridiculous my next step is to call the city!!

I lived there 6 yrs it's a nice quiet building the staff is great and are really concern about the residents also there is security in the building your guess sign in and out. If I ever decided to move back from California I would apply for this building again convenient to bus stop, corner store, gas station and elementary school across the street I miss being there.
