We have lived here since it was first built at which time the standards were high, but since recent change of management from Amy and Co to the current management, the standards have completely dropped. The place is dirty, trash overflowing in the garage, the hallways are not regularly cleaned, the general service is lacking. You pay to live in a place like this and this here just is not it. Disappointed!

We’ve lived here since 2018 around when the building was first opened. Alas, we have to move out. It was a good run though. Pros: - interiors are very modern and nice. Nice laminate floors (no carpet) - 22nd floor has higher ceilings - maintenance team is very responsive and nice - gym is decent, free yoga classes for residents and guests - community events Cons: - A/C unit sounds like a gunshot when going off (cheap installation) - actual gunshots in this neighborhood. Building was grazed by one a few months ago and I woke up to the sound of more than 20 shots fired down the street two weeks ago on a Saturday at midnight - hit or miss whether you get a quiet unit or not. Our neighbor has a barking dog that wakes us up every morning without fail. Management took some measures initially but is not the most responsive (see photo). Hence we are moving out - front desk turnover is very high. Management team has also changed a couple times. No longer Amy at the helm, and now it is Jen Jones - if you are on the east side of the building, beware of the revving motorcycles that go late into the night In summary: If you are a young working professional and a deep sleeper, this is a great place to live. We will surely miss it.

I have had a great experience living here. The building provides a nice balance. It is mainly younger professionals. You will have no problem keeping your head down and working hard while living here. However, if you wanted to have friends over or a party on the weekend most people in the building would not bat an eye. Staff is extremely friendly, residents are easy to get along with, and the dog park is a great perk for owners.
