By far the worst part is the parking. Nowhere to conveniently offload multiple bags (their pull-up area is tiny and the curb is so high I thought it was sidewalk). Prepare for a lengthy trek through the adjacent public garage. No signage to help new visitors orient and find the nearest entrance after parking. My arms were ready to fall off by the time I got settled on day 1! The "grill" which is really the hotel breakfast buffet charges $6.50 for cereal, fruit, and yogurt!!! Outrageous price for something that should be free! The staff at the "grill" are careless and disappear into the kitchen when it is supposed to be order- and service- oriented breakfast. They did not even have bacon available to order when I went the first morning--I immediately walked out and did not come back. Kilpatrick's was OK if tiny--I got a really good Old Fashioned there. The room was clean but there were lots of black fuzziness between my sheets that I did not discover until it was too late--I think they were clean but retained some lint or something, which was unsightly. Solidly 3 stars. I wouldn't return again if there was a better choice, but this is the best I have found in Ithaca so far. At least I was not furious after my stay like at the Homewood Inn during my previous stay in town.

Great location right in the heart of downtown, a block off the main promenade. Kids loved the pool (hot tub was nice also). The gym was robust. The restaurants on site were great too. Parking next door and they had valet. Room was a bit small for the 4 of us but we made it work with a king bed and a fold out couch.

Nice room and bed, very clean throughout. The walk in shower seemed very new. The location is great for walking to breakfast and dinner, we used it as a basecamp for driving around and exploring Cayuga Lake. The only bummer was not having coffee in the morning. They only provided two k-cups for a multiday stay, and when we went down to the front desk and asked for more, they said you had to buy breakfast to get coffee.

Absolutely fantastic. Ann and Dwayne were extremely pleasant, and the stay has been excellent. The check in process was smooth, and everything was clearly explained upon arrival. They had a room ready for us an hour early, and great suggestions for the area on top of the booklet they had for us. The facility itself is excellent. Extremely clean. Not the fake covid cleaning clean, I mean genuinely clean and cared for. Dare I say, without fault. I don't understand why such an establishment has such a low cost. The pool looked nice, but by the evening there were several towels sitting around. The fitness center is nicer, and has a better variety of equipment, than my local planet fitness. If I had to point out something lacking, it would be that the business area is just a computer in the lobby with a printer. Honestly, what else is needed than the ability to print? The night clerk at the desk wasn't very friendly or interested in saying much at all, but the staff in the daytime was great. If the valet had top hats, I'd say it was on par with the Ritz-Carlton.
