I lost my father a few weeks back and just buried him. Unfortunately I had to bury him here and not where he would have wanted to due to hard times and been an only son. With this said, the same day my father passed we went ahead and begin to make arrangements. We were told we would have to go select a spot to have my dad buried. Upon arriving and walking into the office, there was 3 ladies. Two to the right and one front of the entry door behind the desk. We had no idea whom to speak to and rather than greeting us or offering their assistance, none took the initiative to ask if we needed assistance or a simple greeting and the lady behind the desk front of the entry door just kept looking at us until my wife and I began to ask questions. She was so rude and in a way disrespectful. She seemed pretty annoyed with our questions and did not really want to show us the entire property (assuming because it was sprinkling that afternoon) It is not easy going to pick a spot to bury a loved one, not to mention while in grief the last thing someone needs is someone acting in such a way. I do believe if you work in such industry, you should be more considerate and kind to clients in their time of need. I work in hospitality and my job requires me to be hospitable, friendly and attend to our guests needs, I am only assuming one working here, would be a bit more compassionate and be of more assistance. I will be contacting the board as I was advised to do so by the folks down at the funeral place as they informed it’s not the first time they have heard clients making complaints toward the same lady. Unfortunately, the mortuary has nothing to do with the cemetery therefore they cannot do anything about it but they highly encouraged me to take action. If this were better times, I would have gladly buried my father at a different location away from such place and personnel. Also, they do not allow you to stay while they lower the casket into the ground. They instruct you to leave and then return in a few hours once the casket has been lowered. I have seen how they do it with a bulldozer to pick up the heavy concrete vault with the casket and they are not careful. I won’t go into details but if that was my dad, I’d be very upset. Bottom line, I’ve attended other burials where they show a lot more respect to the deceased and show more compassion to the family. Unfortunately, not here.

I have so much of my family here my beloved. Mom Virginia Garcia , my aunt Barbara my brother angel my grandma and grandpa Gloria and Paul my beautiful talented Beautiful cake decorating best hard candy apples in Coachella valley Lillian Escobar and uncle Alfredo Escobar and my cousin Albert Garcia and plenty more I've have lost so many people who had my heart. But I'm glad they are all in the same location
