Went up to do a trailor or trash and was told had to be commercial bc Id is expired w gp address friend had his ID from gp and was told that couldn’t do it bc it’s not from the house the trash came from. Didn’t think it mattered you get so many dumps and a month on the address and it’s done why is the lady at the front making such a big deal. Wonder y people dump on the side of the road

Says online that they close at 4:30 filled up my trailer with trash and got there at 3:55 and they were closed. Called the number and didn’t get a response.

Complain for me too. Call the Trash mans boss it's in arlington not grand prairie but you can find the # on grand prairie site . You can even leave a email to them on the city of grand prairie site. Try to take pictures so you have a case. If this continues we can take it to the city counsel.

Yes, I was there yesterday and saw several trucks coming in with mattresses. How it worked for me if you are a resident of Grand Prairie, you get one free load to dump per month, then after that it's $3 per load. If you look up Grand Prairie landfill, it tells you everything you can take and what you can't take. You have to have your ID with your address on it and they said they needed a current water bill for the free load, but they didn't check that
I don't think so. Since admission consists of ID and you city water bill.
To the best of my knowledge I don't think there is a fee. I do believe its Monday-Saturday

Yes, but some of the wood might be infected with some small bugs. They won't let ya dump it there. I think it's like Tarrant county. I think it is, so ya might wanna check.
GP landfill does take furniture but you might want to call about the pricing

They're usually open Monday - Saturday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Closed on Sunday.
Residents can go once a month for free. Other trips throughout the month I believe cost $3.
