Slowest Starbucks I've been to. And I've been to every Starbucks in Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Cooper City, and Hollywood. The employees are nice and the drinks are good. But the drive-thru is so slow. People constantly leave it because of how long it takes.

Mess up up my mobile order, I ask for blended got regular ice. Refused to give me a refill, and ran out of peach tea

The employees are Great but i don't know if this story is just perpetually understaffed but the drive through service is the slowest I've ever seen for any starbucks and it's not the timing I've come here at multiple different times hoping it would make a difference I've witnessed people have to move out of line in actuality im in the line right now writing this review and just seen it happen please improve. the other 2 starbucks north of the this location seem to have no problem being quick and efficient

Ok. This place is rude. Yes, they will help you but only after they insult your intelligence or give you a dirty look (while you're pregnant). An entire order of 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks were messed up. Literally every item except the biscotti. The pre-made item. Called the store and they said 1 sandwich didn't have the bread requested ( so why didn't anyone call or tell delivery) . And it's not even rush hour. Done with this place. Drive another 5 minutes to a better Starbucks.
