This is my 2 or 3rd Truck buying experience with Brandon Ford. I ordered an F350 back in January and Lyle told me it would probably be here in June / July.. and it was.. just picked it up and they gave me a very fair deal on my trade. They also had some other vehicles we were interested in that we looked over.. Lyle Herb is super easy to deal with NO BS and tells it like it is. Helps you save money where you can and provides excellent customer service. I drive 7 hours to go to Brandon Ford to buy my vehicles ——- WORTH IT!

The staff, Wayne Hammond, Fred power in Zuran As well as Robert Lopez my service advisor went above and beyond to service both of our Ford's. F350 wheel drive and my wife's expedition, and went above and beyond to make sure they were serviced and completely checked out The way they are supposed to be. they are so nice and friendly And I would recommend Brandon ford to anybody. I already have Recommended them to several people that drove all the way from Panama City to buy their new Ford from Brandon Ford !!!!! Very good Safety practices. Sanitizer at every door, face mask required. Distances between Tables. In finance office I noticed spray cleaner and discarded paper towels. I feel they are definitely going above and beyond to stop the spread. Craig
Mskee sure you confirm that BEFORE you go in for repairs. If it's not major, they may try not to give you a loaner, or, like the last time, last month, when we went to drop the car off, there were no loaners available, what??? At a dealer?? We had a run around down to Enterprise, over to Enterprise, ended up taking our car home to bring back another day. They eventually made it right, actually picked our car up and left a loaner, but it wasn't the best experience, that first day. Confirm it!

3 repairs for the same issue even if fixed by voluntary recall can fall under lemon law. I would start the process of that now as there are time limits. Lemon law would require Ford to purchase the car back from you at the price you paid regardless of current value. The title is then branded as a lemon vehicle. Starting the process with a legitimate lemon case gives you incredible leverage as manufacturers will go to great lengths to avoid buying a car back, being saddled with a branded title car and take a hit on reliability reports.
Of course they do there are genuine Ford parts dealer. If they don't have in stock they can get within 1 to 2 days.
