I stayed at The Home2 Suites while recovering from cosmetic surgery. The room was spacious enough for me and my guests. The full refrigerator and mini kitchen was perfect for my stay. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a on site laundry mat considering I needed to launder every day. The breakfast was amazing and they had a great variety of items. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing room with everything we need. We moved from Miami to NC and come back to visit family. We know the area like the back of our hands. I can not say enough how well everything was on our 3 night stay here. Great parking , close to the doors. Super pet friendly. The staff is amazing. Great Great customer service !!!! We can't complain about anything. Cold rooms the way we love it and is hard to find hotels that offer that . So a big plus

I’m going to start with the negative because I know attention spans are short. So, I have booked a stay at this hotel for three non consecutive weeks because of my work. It is a convenient area near where I contract. The most irritating thing about the hotel is that there is a significant plumbing issue. The first week I had low water pressure in the shower, the second week I had two nights where I returned to the room with no hot water in the shower, and this last week I have a tub that drains very very slowly. As I shower I’m standing in a tub filled with slow draining water. I received a card from Jose who is a manager to speak with him about company pricing through email and through phone calls (voicemails) with no response on either platform. When I called the front desk about previous plumbing issues one of the front desk clerks thought that she put the phone on hold and was heard speaking to someone there with her about not wanting to answer the phone because she didn’t have an answer to my problem (which was the no hot water issue). I hung up the phone and called back to get a different young lady on the phone who suggested that I run the water for 15 minutes until it was warm. I work in construction and I need a hot shower to wash off all the dirt. I didn’t bother to share the draining issue in the tub on this current stay but after never hearing back from management I decided to leave a review. For my positive review, the rooms are clean, and for the most part the customer service is very polite and welcoming. I would probably book the hotel again because of location but I am not pleased with the plumbing issues for each week long stay. Neither am I pleased with never hearing back from Jose about company pricing. This place has great potential.

I truly want to thank the staff for everything they did for me while I stayed there in such a hard time in my life for my mother was in the hospital for a month before passing away and everyone in the hotel were so good to me from the front desk staff to the breakfast lady also want to thank Jose and Keisha thank you guys 100 💯 for having a good heart and helping me out sadly my mother is gone but you guys made my stay there very comfortable and I will forever be thankful I recommend this hotel o anyone for whatever your travel reasons might be. Very clean and staff there are wonderful may God bless you guys always .
