This hotel is in a great location, with some really cool restaurants and bars in the immediate area. I really liked the room we stayed in, with the nespresso machine being my favorite detail. Staff was very friendly as well.

Found this little gem while attending a boat show in Ithaca. The well designed lounge area offers fireside options with plenty of seating. The cocktail bar and restaurant were fantastic with excellent customer service and a decent menu selection. The front desk “lady boss” was my first impression, and she rocked it. Both professional and very personable, shared a common ground conversation about my hometown of Canandaigua and sailing. Comfortable beds and cleanliness expected with Hilton, did not disappoint. Only downside was the off site parking garage, not a far walk but very low ceiling height for truck clearance. Would stay again, but find alternate plans for parking.

Way too expensive for what was offered. Room was ok and bar/restaurant were nice. Parking was way too far away especially while walking to it in pouring down rain. We asked to use an umbrella and we were offered one to purchase for $28. Room did not get cleaned- no new towels or coffee refills for night two. When I asked the front desk why our room was not serviced, she stated that they don’t “intrude on our bubble.” She stated it was written on our mirror in our room but we never saw that. For over $400 per night, having some service would have been nice. Maybe offer valet for parking?

We checked in after a long day and were ready to retire for the only to find food stains - from the previous guests - almost fresh still - on the bed sheets. Yuck. When I called the front desk they offered very little assistance. They offered to move our rooms but frankly all we needed were new bed sheets and they could not help till I put my foot down and had a manager intervene. Poor housekeeping and poor customer service. No parking either. We are not connect back to this property ever.
