Fantastic stay! The room was beautiful, cozy, and clean. Comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. We stayed in the Dane's room and thoroughly enjoyed the warm jacuzzi. Great location! Inn Keeper Amy was fast to reply to our messages and recommended great places to eat close by. Lily and Casey were friendly and provided a tasty breakfast in the morning. 10/10. Would recommend to any and all. Thank you Amy for a great stay!

We booked a Dane’s room (#3) and expected to have a nice jacuzzi experience. When we tried to use jacuzzi, it was not working and even worse, NO HOT WATER AT ALL. It was a rainy day and we wanted to refresh w hot water and jacuzzi. We asked for help but no one is available (no one on duty at premise). We gave up and feeling really cold now. I trusted all reviews and we ended up like this…, NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL !!! Update: Lily promised a refund fir all inconveniences and we accepted. Now Inn keeper Amy is charging us in full (326,57 for one night). This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I just returned from a three-night stay at the William Henry Miller Inn. Let me start with an absolute, unconditional recommendation. Our room was spacious, and had a comfortable chair and chaise for sitting and reading and knitting. (And a desk with chair.) The bed was large and comfortable. The location is perfect - walking distance to everything downtown. A real standout/high point is the breakfast. This is NOT just cold pastries and a large bowl of little yogurts in a tub of ice. The opposite. Each morning we were served a breakfast of juice, fruit cup, freshly prepared eggs, frittata, or quiche, toast or pancake or waffle (they scrupulously observed my gluten free diet), sausage, and delicious herbed home fries (not yesterday's leftovers reheated and fried). Each day a small dessert was delivered outside our room and again my GF diet was scrupulously observed. The women who cooked and/or served our food were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Delightful. Because of Covid, no housekeeping was provided, as fully disclosed before we made the reservation. And it was wonderful - we never had to worry about vacating to let housekeeping come in. The remainder of the common areas were clean and well appointed. Very fairly priced too. Overall - fantastic, and on our next trip to Ithaca we will most definitely return.

A pleasant stay in the Garner Suite. The inn is lovely- delicious breakfasts and a dessert selection each evening. Amy, the innkeeper, is warm & welcoming. The inn is a short 2 block walk from many restaurants- a definite plus! We would definitely stay again.
