Do NOT go here if you need ANYTHING done in a timely manner. Dropped off a 13" wheel monday afternoon to get a SINGLE screw pulled and patched. They told me they should be able to get to it tuesday. All of tuesdsay passes, no call. Called wednesday afternoon. Was told "Its next in line, and they should be able to get to it before they close at 7p". No call. Went to the store thursday afternoon. Was told "yep its next in line". ...... "Bruh you told me that yesterday, fix it, or im taking my wheel back before you close". Guess the outcome. Unbelievable.

I wish I could give a 0, run from this place. Terrible communication and takes over 4 days to change a tire. Can’t even jump start a car.

My warranty referred me to this facility for transmission issues. Made an appointment online & expressed in the comments in perfect detail about the "transmission" issue. The tech even asked more pacific questions about the transmission and notated the account that I wanted an oil change as well. Less than a hour later I was contacted and told to take me vehicle to a transmission specialist. They say a engine diagnostic was ran, but I never requested this! Wasted my day so you can run fraudulent claims isn't; my idea of a good business tactic. After all this they even forget to change the freaking oil so what a joke. Turns out the same Chris/Tech that took my keys and confirmed the appointment is the manager! The recent complaints and poor reviews are clearly testimonials of people being ripped off, back to back intentionally.
