Since everyone seems to bash this branch I thought I'd share my experience here today. Fast. Friendly. Large facility with all services. A great branch with lots of staff. Recommend.

Looking at all these one star reviews I now understand why the experience here IMMEDIATELY was horrible right off the back. Incredibly rude for no reason I mainly wanted to ask questions on how they processed returns. Before I could even finish my sentence she talked over me and be incredibly rude. I truly do not understand why she was combative right off the back. I said nothing and left. Borderline offensive this workers attitude. Please don't go there. Save yourself the anger/confusion.

Post offices don't have private phone numbers, they have a phone number for a large branch, but that number is flooded by thousands if not millions of people
NO NO NO.. impossible to get help!!!
You do know that you don't receive mail every day? There will be some days where you don't have anything and some where you have a lot.
No, make an appointment on the usps website and then go for whatever time you set your appointment as.
They do take appointments but you will need to get your picture elsewhere unless they have changed
Your complaint is unclear. I would love to answer your question.
I believe they rekey it. Their may be a fee.
Yes, do it on the USPS website
Yes it is!
Hi Richard Imon, your local mail carrier has a package for you, it has your old address on it. Package Currently on the mail truck in your former area (Pirates Cove Rd) . Will be forwarded by end of day. Thanks
I believe so, but I have not used it personally.
I think you meant to post this in the review section rather than listing it as a question.
I believe there is an option to make an account online. From there you can manage and make payments for your PO Box. Head to reg.usps.com to create an account.
At least 12 sets / units...they come in different sizes - business, regular, and oversized if the person gets a lot of mail or have a home side business
For the most part the post office uses national and regional numbers that don't go directly to the local post offices anymore
Yes I think by appointment or online at USPS.com
I dont think they'll see the request here, you'll have to call or go into the post office to let them know. They can help you with getting that set up.
Visit your post office with proof of address and we will take care of you.
As any job you have to smile and respond to rude adults/children and remember they were raised that way. Just don't lower yourself to their level.
Any will do, you buy the key and replace the lock
Agree with Chris
There's one on Jones, I don't know the other cross street but if you go to the usps website and enter your zip code than make the appointment and print out the info you need to fill out.
No...the time window varies based on the daily traffic...sometimes it's best to come defore the lunch time frame or late before closing.
It depends...if you are part of a hoa community, they should be your first choice, but if not and they are a stand alone unit within a community, then you need to contact the acting postal office that service your area to fix the unit.
Have to go to the post office n order another key. They will replace the lock n give you another key
No...any day of the week - time varies on your schedule between 0830-1600...yes- the passport form and be ready to take new pictures
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! HOW CAN THEY POSSIBLE GET A PAY CHECK ???
Hypothetically, yes but in my personal experience (I've tried before), the answer is no. And, I think it's because so many have the same idea and when they drop off at the post office, it goes into a huge pile that then takes even longer for the employees to sort through. This office in particular has really bad staff. I get bent mail that says "DO NOT BEND" all over it, they mysteriously lose mail that is the most important and large sums of money, they are always very very slow with packages. If you were to try to use your idea, I would definitely try it somewhere else.
No
Get hold of the HOA...if you can. I'm sure it'll be a bizarre struggle, but they'd be the people to contract. No idea of the number...
I don't know if they provide that service
