It would be HIGHLY advisable to hire someone who KNOWS how to read I got mail from a completely different address two blocks away, and my next door neighbor got my MAIL!!!!! howmany times do we have to ask for better people to deliver??

I was one of those that walk down the street to give their mail coz it was delivered to me!
it's always best to make an appointment as they need to prepare for your visit. They have to call and or go online to verify information you present in documents that you need to fill out before your visit. Make sure you do as much as you can beforehand and sign things in front of them 😊
I have a wife and twin daughters so including myself we have done it 4 times.
I merely called to find out if they can do money orders all's I got is a run around of automated machine asking do you want this do you want that nothing pertaining to what I needed I needed them to answer the damn phone so I could ask a question

You call them ahead of time and let them know you want to have them hold it for you to pick up there

You will need to bring your lease to the package window. Then they will send someone out to rekey your box, I want to say it takes 10 days. Then you can go in and pick up your new keys.

what documents are required to establish mail delivery service at our new home. this is new construction . no previous mail delivery at this address. I have a certificate of occupancy from the building department. will that be sufficient ?

Why do people keep posting questions on this site. If you want accurate information regarding the USPS, go to your nearest Post Office to ask your questions.
I have lived in Las Vegas for 8 yrs, and the service gets worse by the day.
USPS has an excuse for everything.
There was talk about USPS going out of business.
Well maybe they should.
Their mail delivery is the worst I've ever experienced. And they're always asking for more money? North Las Vegas Usps is horrible. My mail is delivered to other residents on a regular basis. Whoever sorts our mail needs some serious training.
