I haven't have any issue with this location, I have been around it 6 years now. Reading the reviews, I feel sorry for the people who are working there. Do you think that complain after complain is going to help them? The companies and business no matter how small or big they are, they are struggling getting employees, and the few people working are getting frustate because is too much to take care off and the bunch of losers around them working just a couple of days or weeks and then despairing. Don't worry wainers is going to get worst everywhere. Be part of the solution and not the problem.

Application, Birth certificate, ss card, id, and if you are getting one for your child there is an additional form that has to be signed and notarized by the non custodial parent saying that its ok to leave the country with them. Be sure to make an appointment and get all of the forms online so you csn fill them out ahead of time. And they will take your ss card and birth certificate.
Horrible customer service here. Slowest in town too. The people that work here are not customer service trained. The post office on Maryland and Harmon is the best hands down but kind of one of the buisiest in town

Honestly it might be very hard to find the clerks to find your package ,just because it said it has arrived doesn't mean that it's been scanned in for the mail carrier to deliver. Everything comes to the facility in back containers to be sorted
