I have the same problem & I'm in 89101! What is going on in our post offices? Are they filled with stupid people for employees? Mailman won't deliver pkgs to me either! First try & gate was locked so set up delivery for next day. I even got to talk to a human! He gave me a confirmation no. Don't know why...mailman never showed up with my pkg. So called again & this time the recording said hold & I'll connect you to the operator. Well it must have rung 20 times & then it automatically disconnected the call!! What the heck is going on?? I even put the sorry we missed you card out on the gate. I put my phone number on it & said to call me & I will open the gate!! Again never showed up!! I'm so damn mad, I don't even want the damn pkg anymore!!! Won't be ordering from HSN anymore if UPS hands my pkgs off to the post office!! They never deliver pkgs.!!!!!
