This is probably my 2nd time in my 32 years of living, of actually having a pleasant time. In and out fast, great customer service PATIENT. I was helped by Chantrelle and Sherin but there was a man named Terrance who made the whole office laugh. 5 stars give them a raise!

I read a lot of reviews before I arrived, and none of them were good. So I was weary at first, but T.C was phenomenal!!!!! He helped me and my boyfriend with our passports. He explained the entire process to us. And he had EXCELLENT customer service. 10/10 I would would recommend. It was my first time getting a passport and He explained every fee that was involved. Answered all my questions and was patient with me. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Had a passport appointment here at 2:45. I arrived at 2:40 and didn't see an obvious spot to go to for passport services, so like any decent American I waited in line. About 10 minutes pass and I'm finally called to be helped. I tell the lady at the counter I'm here for my passport appointment and then a taller dark complexion guy from across the room yells that he has closed out already and is not doing. 5 minutes after my appointment time they're already closing up shop. They could have said "is there anyone here for a passport" before closing but there was nothing like that. I told him I was here on time for my appointment and you need to honor that appointment. He says he's closed out now, and that I should have said something. So I'm supposed to stroll in, loudly announce, "stand aside plebs, I am here to update my passport" and that's how it works? He couldn't say anything after I asked him what I was supposed to do so I gave him a piece of my mind and bounced. Absolutely ridiculous location.

Finally! At my 3rd stop tonight I found a self-service kiosk that was operational and accessible! There was a guy sleeping in the foyer and the sliding doors at this location haven't worked properly for my last 2 visits but just pull the right door out towards the parking lot and it'll open just fine.

Yes
Best to call 311 non-emergency police to report and go to post office as well to protect yourself. Good luck!
In all the years I've mailed gift cards, this happened to me for the first time recently as well, also for $100. Learning the hard way, I now use certified mail and insure for twice the amount to cover the extra expenses incurred. I'm sorry this happened to you, too & hope this helps in the future.
It is easier to use the online USPS site to track documents
Get in contact with where the mail is coming from and let them know hes passed away
Depends on your choice of monthly vs annual, as well as size; check with employee at location.
No they do not, I have not seen anything that does give any priority to handicapped individuals.
Yes, you can take pics, fill out forms and mail your passport application at that location
call the post office
Yes, they have both types of passport applications in the post office. One for renewal and the one for new applications.
You have to go to the immigration office, they can no longer renew the passport
This week is one of the busiest days for them. Also there are a lot of broken mail boxes.
i would like to set up appointment to renew my US passport which expired 2013
Obviously the post person made an error and probably delivered to one of your neighbors. Chech with them and if not file a complaint with the post office.
No appt needed
No
Yes. there is a outside mailbox to the west of the building that u can drive up to and drop off your mail.
Yes
You do not
It's probably a large item that didn't fit,in the locker so you have to puck up from usps
9am - 3pm
The sender will provide you with a tracking number. They can use any delivery service they choose to from USPS to DHL, to FEDEX, Etc. You take that number and you go to their website or use Google 😂😂😂 to look up (worded however you choose) package tracking 'name of company'. If I knew the company your tracking number belongs to, I would provide you a direct link. /:
I agree, the employees, are rude and not friendly when dealing with the public.
