Horrible Administrator management. HR will not do anything about it even after multiple complaints. Can’t keep staff because of it. Residents suffer because of understaffing. Food is sub par. Great activities director. Great nurse but Would never work there again or ever have my family placed there. Really needs someone to go clean it up

The most difficult thing I have ever done was to place my Mother in Memory care... especially during Covid. We were blessed beyond words to find Creekside, the love and compassion for their clients is just heart warming. I have found the staff to be just wonderful to work with. My Mom is safe, happy, and very well cared for, I could not ask for more.

I look forward to visiting myself. My mother resides here, and so far she loves it. We haven't had any trouble with her medications, food, or staff. In fact, the staff (Mikey--thank you!!) were able to set up a zoom call for Mother's Day for the family. The other family members drop by and fill her bird feeder, since we're all in quarantine right now. Thank you for making her time here a good and peaceful transition from her former home.

The building is wired for cable and has an account with Comcast/Xfinity that I believe individuals can be added on to. Off the top of my head, I can't recall what it costs per month or how they work the billing for that. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our community, and a staff member will be happy to address your concerns or connect you with a member of our management team. Please keep in mind that management will usually be available for buisness calls during standard Weekday Buisness hours (9am-5pm). However, our care staff and support staff are always on hand any day of the week to answer basic questions you may have about our Community and the services we provide.
If transportation is not provided by the facility on a certain day, the family, guardian, or POA, must transport the resident or arrange for alternative transportation, (either a friend or family member, or an outside entity such as Golden Chariot or similar agency).
Creekside Place is an Assisted Living Community, offering long-term residence and short-term respite care. It is NOT considered a Retirement Community or a Skilled Nursing Facility.
