The only small town aspect of this shop is the fun, kind attention of the delightful proprietor. OK, there were some things out of stock at times but that was the pandemic shipping issues. I'm particular about office supplies and she has helped me find exactly what I've wanted many times. I haven't found any handmade Japanese paper there but I've never looked. Joking! (But I bet she'd order it for you)
