When I transferred to T-Mobile I did not have the greatest experience. I was told a lot of lies to create an account and transfer my lines there from the previous manager. However, the new manager Zay really made it up and kept his word following the chain of command. Though I did not get what i was originally promised (or the way it would have been) I now have a better outlook on T-Mobile. Thank you Zay, I truly believe in honesty and keeping one’s word and you really did that, great management.

Dillion was great; however Tmobile servicees & policies are terrible. The 5G internet 15 day free trial didn't work well. Yes I was aware I was on the edge of coveerage, only got 4.7mbbs. Not mad about that, was a nice try. When I went to return 9 days in. They wanted a $20 restock fee, unless I mailed it in! I picked it up at this branch??? Then Dillion and I uave to spend 25 minutes on the phone with Product Support, where I go through the same questions Dillion already covered and have to wait for P.S. to email Dillion a Postal Return email. Again in store person Dillion, Awesome; Tmobile policies and procedures are horrible.

This store and these boys are amazing. they fixed my phone that isn't even from t Mobil and got it setup so I can actually use it .thank you so much ❤️ I'll be using them from now on .they are so nice .

The new employee who helped me went out of his way to find a solution. We have a very low signal at my new home. I was ready to cancel and go to another provider. After some research and talking with tech support, he was able to find a way to boost my signal to my famlies phones. By doing this he retained 3 lines as well as a long time customer. It was a 90 degree day and I'm sure he was exhausted as I was. This guy went above and beyond. Here's hoping he stays with your company and can train others to have the level of customer service that he provided me. Thank you!
