Hailey, one of the receptionists, is probaly the kindest most wonderful individual I've ever met. She is warm, understanding and very very helpful. My husband and I have lived here two years, going on three and while we generally love the managment here anyway, Hailey is special, we have come to her with many questions concerns and problems and she handled them all expertly and quickly. Recently I had a very large parcel delivered and despite my specific instructions to leave it at my door, the driver left it at the front office. I live on the third floor, and my husband always gets home late, after the office closes at 5pm. So we had no way to really get it to our apartment, I called the office, spoke to Hailey and in less than a half hour she had our package taken up to our door. I was so grateful I almost cried, I was so stressed out for multiple reasons and she just made this effortless. Thank you Hailey :) oh and also thank you to the mantinence crew who helped deliver it. Update: Just learned that Hailey is now the manager! Congrats Hailey, it is well deserved! :)

I love it here. The property management is awesome (Tim and Sheldon). There is a lot of construction going on, but only during the day. I like Battle Ground, I out of all the higher end apartments I looked at in the area, this was the least expensive, had the best management, and is the quietest. Having lived in rentals all over the U.S. - you are always going to have issues out of your control. Does parking get tight? Yes. I rent a garage. Parking issues are a fact of life in a rental community. If I had to complain - it is my community neighbors who smoke on a non-smoking property, and then don't police their cigarette butts. Of course, the irresponsible pet owners who don't clean up after their dogs. But overall the community is well taken care of, and suits my needs perfectly.

The management made this the perfect apartment complex! My fiancé and I lived at Alder Pointe Apartments for just over two years and only had positive experiences with Haley and Tim! The apartments are beautiful and we always felt like the management truly wanted to fix any issues and make their tenants happy. Haley is amazing at creating a relationship with you and makes you feel like a friend over just a random tenant. We are in the process of moving out, and they’ve made the process very easy! The people who work in the leasing office always are helpful, answers any questions or concerns we might have. If we ever have an issue it’s fixed right away. Everyone here is very friendly, the apartments are all very nice and decently priced for how new they are.
