AMAZING orthodontics team here and great dentists! I had to switch orthos with braces and attachments already on. From what my insurance explained, this would normally be a disaster. Not so with Andrea! She worked out the billing and insurance flawlessly, broke it down, got me transferred, and ended up saving me a lot of money while getting the Invisalign treatment I wanted. The entire ortho team felt more like good friends after my 3 years of treatment there and I actually looked forward to visits. They work out of multiple locations which offers flexibility with appointments. They worked around everything from emergency management assignments and last-minute schedule changes, to special events needs and treatment timeline changes, to losing retainers in foreign countries, and did so happily. I ended up switching my general dentist to Gentle Dental and also received excellent care. Billing can sometimes get weird on the dental side, but if you just let the bill set for a month so insurance and the front desk can sort things out, it usually ends up resolving on its own.

My daughter has been horrified of dentists and the process. We were referred to Gentle Dental because we had to stop dental procedures midway through because of my daughter being so anxious and crying and screaming. Even before we entered the the Gentle Dental office she was in tears. However, they brought her in and were able to make her feel safe and calm and even though she had some tough moments, they were able to get her through the process. I am so thankful for the patient and caring staff as I was ready to call it quits.... but they persevered and now we have a happy and healthy daughter!

Scheduled in for appt. They took me in, did all x-rays and then told me they should not have helped me as I had an unpaid bill from 2 years ago. This does not make sense as I have never received a bill and have been double covered with 2 dental plans. The fact that they waisted an hour of my time and took x-rays before telling me this, is unacceptable. Very unprofessional and from my experience they are unorganized and do not know how to properly bill insurance or customers. I suspect that is the same reason for the brush prarie location going out of business. Hopefully when this location closes an honest business will replace it.

Everyone here is always super friendly. We got switched to this gentle dental probably 8 years ago and I spent the mos time here when I had my braces on for 4 years. At the time I was in high school and they always asked how classes were going and how my sister was who also has braces. They are always gentle with my teeth and make sure I’m comfortable, Never did they hurt my teeth or cause me any pain and I always felt comfortable. I really appreciate all the hard work they do here! And I don’t think I’ll ever change my dentist that’s for sure!
