This company is scamming me. I have tried since January to get equipment picked up. They say they will send someone and no one comes. I still get their bill each month. When I call customer service none of their prompts relate to equipment pick up services.

I placed and paid for supplies last year and was missing the head gear. I called an told them this. They sent out the item and I have been charged for it ever since. I explained that it was paid for and that I should not have to pay a second time for merchandise not received. I am fighting with them over 2.15. Let's not forget that they kept my car information and started auto billing me without my permission until I had that stopped.

I am not sure which location helped us today but my husband's oxygen machine stopped working. After a phone call, answered quickly, we had a new machine within 2 hours. Great service.

If you're referring to the packing slip in the box, the qmes insert listed is talking about the little flier that has an advertisement on it. If you're missing a part, you should give them a call tomorrow.
It can become unsanitary.. Bacteria can fester in the tubing. It's similar to replacing a toothbrush or using a a straw.
Hello there is currently a phone outage in the office area. The provider windsteam is aware and fixing the lines. Phones should be back up shortly.
