This is the second time we have used Signarama for our business. Each time there were little hiccups, but the signs are amazing and look just like we requested. The process of getting the signs designed and approved is super easy and the employees are easy to work with (Oliver and Preston are great). The only issue we had recently was an installer insisting he installed the signs properly when he put our sign on another suites door (the door clearly had a different suite number) and argued with us about it. He also lied saying he couldn't get in our office to let me know he was here or to ask questions because we wouldn't let him in without a mask (that is not our policy and I sit at the front desk and no one ever came in). They were able to come back within 2 hours and get it all corrected. I appreciate them fixing their error in a timely fashion and how the company handled it...that is why they still get 5 stars. Thank you!
