This is the 3rd time Natalie has done my hair and I she has blown me away with her skills especially with only being in school. She’s someone people need to watch out for because she is really good at what she does. I have super curly hair and she is someone I would recommend to do their curly hair because lots of people don’t know how to handle but she does it like a pro!! I love how professional she is and she is super kind and meets all my hair needs. My sister has also gone to her and left her nothing but impressed. I love this girl to death and will be coming back time and time again, for sure will be following her out of school. I cannot forget about aren, they were super helpful and professional as well. They know what they are doing!!

Cinthya was the best!!! I like how she would get the teacher when she wasn’t sure about something rather than trying to figure it out by herself. It shows that if she doesn’t now she would rather prefer to learn it on the sport with the help of a teacher rather than to make a mistake on me, I really appreciated that. She’s patient and thorough with her work, she’ll work on something till she’s satisfied with her work and that’s in my best interest. Lover her to death, she’s like family to me at this point cause I’m gonna be coming with her for ever.

*****If you have an issue let them know, they will fix it and I love my hair now! Color absolutely nailed, a deep condition and a trim helped a ton. I thought for sure we would have to cut my hair short but it is still below my shoulders and feels healthy again***** I hate writing bad reviews especially when I know the girl that did my hair worked really hard but it says on the mirror to write a review to help them learn, and this is bad. I asked for plum colored hair, to me that's like a dark purple. I did look at colors and agreed to one my stylist pointed to that looked a lot darker than it turned out but I can't really complain too much about that I feel. The instructor told me that due to the red I had previously some of the color wouldn't show through but would add dimension and I agreed to that too. But what I've ended up with is seriously bright blue hair with one side largely blonde and random places blonde in chunks and lines, no symmetry at all. So the color I can laugh off, color fades and I was warned my vision might not come to fruition however I really didn't expect what came out. I'm mostly writing this due to the extreme amount of damage to my hair from being overprocessed. I expected damage for sure. But there are sections of my hair that look like they came off with the foil. I now have several areas where my hair is less than 2 inches long and they pop out of a ponytail so now I don't even have that option to try to cover up some of the uneven parts. I'm basically going to need to wear a hat for quite some time which is really disappointing considering I just spent money to get my hair done.

Bought a Groupon for a bleach and tone/haircut. When I went to the appointment the instructor said I’d pay $80-100+ on top of what I already paid for the Groupon to get what I was wanting. Instead they did highlights so it would be around the same price value. I came for the second appointment which was the haircut and they said because they didn’t exactly do the color that was described I couldn’t use the Groupon at all and had to pay for the haircut (which they didn’t mention during the first appointment). The haircut lasted 5 minutes! She only took off 1cm which I could have done myself at home and saved another $15. Don’t waste your time or money here. Terrible customer service.
