Incredibly racist nurses here. Reception was helpful. Went here for symptoms of fever and nurse was dismissive and forceful while taking a COVID test. When I asked for a new nurse after she was forceful and impatient taking samples, again calmly; the police were called. Even the police were confused as to why they were called. As a counseling professional, I have never felt smaller and more discriminated against than with this organization. The white women in this establishment made false claims and concocted a story to get me permanently discharged which is fine because I would never return to this company anyway. I never raised my voice and she was being incredibly rude. Giving it to God to handle the racism that occurred that day but DO NOT go here; all types of messed up.

What a lovely facility and experience. Staff is friendly and attentive🙏April is a doll. Dr. Campanella-Coppo is attentive and thorough. She is a true professional. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

My daughter had a very inconvenient experience here. She was scheduled for blood work after stating multiple times she had to go to work right after. She gets to the office & they tell her she has a scheduled appointment for today but there’s no blood work scheduled !!! She has a CT scan scheduled for Wednesday and was told the blood work needed to be done asap. This is very inconvenient and a waste of time !

Summit Health service has declined drastically over the last few yrs. Today I had an appt Sat 10am, I arrive and front desk says no lab order was put in. Then I call Dr Sherman office, its closed. Okay then I wait for answering service to be told they can only refer me to urgent care or emergency and no ability to leave msg for dr to call me, only avail option is to schedule a virtual visit online with a dr! This is absurd! Now I've driven over 30 miles on a Sat morning unnecessarily and won't be ready for my physical on Wednesday that was scheduled months in advance. If I could give zero stars i would have!
