The Society House is a warm and caring assisted and independent living home with excellent staff, amenities, and food. The home is clean and everything is organized. My dad was there a short time before passing away and I will always be grateful for how “at home” he felt with everyone there. I highly recommend you check out TSH before looking at larger facilities!

We have different staff members with different certifications ranging from HHA, CNA, RN. Our cleaning staff is also trained in annual required safety protocols.
Yes, we have handicap ramps, elevator and roll in showers.
We’ve seen what can happen when large, institutional healthcare facilities and caregivers lose focus on a persons overall health and gets focused on what the issue of the day is, while ignoring the whole picture therefore missing other underlying issues. We are able to manage our residents in a way like no other due to the mere size of our home and resident count. We are very hands on with the overall care plan.
As i have done many tours and had many conversations with different people considering moving here. The best way to know is come in person and see for yourself. You should know pretty quickly upon entering the home if it is for you or not.
The Society House Prides itself on offering accommodations to only 15 Residents with a higher staff to resident Ratio of 2/3 residents per care giver, therefore providing a more detailed and higher level of hands on care.
Blending the absolute highest standards of professional personal caregiving with an intimate, luxury home setting, The Society House is a welcome alternative for active seniors who expect more services, more attention and more peace of mind. Our suites are elegant and luxurious. Our communal spaces are warm and inviting. But unlike large residential healthcare facilities, The Society House single family home was specifically conceived to offer a higher degree of personal care & dedicated attention to each of our valued residents, 24 hours every day.
The chef prepares the meals -- often with items collected from the on-site garden. The meals are FANTASTIC!!!!!
