There are many different accommodations with different services. (Studio, 1BR, 2BR) with or without Butler services. The cost depends a the type of room and care levels. My advice is to always visit the community and see for yourself.

The dining room provides waitress service for residents. The menu has a decent selection of items which are always available as well as a few specials that change every meal.
Brandywine Living does not offer subacute care services. They are a provider of assisted living and memory care services.
They can make any adjustments requiring food. I think there's one or two rooms available at this time. Price range is about 9 thousand a month and up
