We buy diamonds on occasion. In order for us to purchase your diamond, we must have an inventory need, consumer demand, and the quality, size and shape must meet our high standards.
We have 2 extremely talented full-time goldsmiths on site. 99% of our repair work is done on site and complete in 10 days or less under normal circumstances. In rare cases, such as manufacturer defect or the need for specialty tools, we send out a few repairs for completion.
All of the rings listed on our website are representative of our stock jewelry. If you need a specific finger size, please call us or stop by so that we can ensure the perfect fit!
We can take family gemstones and set them into new jewelry. However, we don't recommend small batch gold or platinum refining as the outcome can be less than excellent.
You never need an appointment to visit our store! However, since custom design can be a very involved and lengthy process, having an appointment will help us to better serve you in the best way possible.
We sure can. We don't do any crystal repair in house but can certainly send your watch out to have that accomplished.
