Room was dirty, there were hairs in the shower and it looked like it hadn't. Been cleaned. Found trash behind the couch. The breakfast was terrible and the breakfast staff told several guests in the middle of breakfast oh well too should have come down sooner, I'm not making anymore. There was still an hour of breakfast left! The front desk person who checked us in was great and gave friendly service until she and the breakfast person started laughing and joking about the guests asking if there was more food coming out right at the desk. She claimed to be the Ops manager... at least do these things behind closed doors so guests don't hear you!

Had a very nice stay in Boston for my son's grad ceremony in town. Hotel a bit of a drive to university, but otherwise was enjoyable. Desiree and Naomi in particular are outstanding! Loved your breakfasts Naomi! And the conversations too π

I never wrote a review before, but I cannot miss this one. This is my opinion based on what I came across in 12 days. This was the worst hotel experience I had in my life! I got an ugly allergic sinus/rhinitis on my 3rd day at the hotel due to a lack of cleanness. - First Suite: The air conditioning/heater never worked properly, the bathtub was not draining the water, and the overall cleanness was terrible! - Second Suite: I requested a room change since I had problems with the first one. The suit was horrible as well (air conditioning/heater was filthy and had no filters on it, spider webs on the bed headboard, and dust everywhere). I used some containers full of water and humid towels to increase the air humidity, and the next morning the containers were covered with dirt particles. I cannot even imagine how mucky the carpet must be. - The suites are not cleaned daily. To have your suite cleaned, you need to book a time at the front desk, which even booking, never happened in my case. For this reason, people usually place their garbage/recycles in bags on the hall floor, so someone from the hotel staff will collect it. You also need to keep asking for soap bars/towels at the front desk, because they are never replaced since they don't clean as a regular service. - They never served any food or other types of fruits at the breakfast (only frozen burgers, banana, apple, bread). Some of the yogurts inside the fridge were expired! Overall, I recommend people to find another place to lodge! If I could, I would give 0 stars based on my stay.

Weβve stayed at this facility a number of times and have kept coming back because of the hotel cleanliness and the staffβs willingness to make you feel at home. Desiree, at the front desk was incredible. She went out of her way to check us in quickly, answered all of our questions and helped us resolve a small issue with a room change (needed a separate bedroom detached from living room), all with a smile and a βno problemβ attitude. The breakfast was adequate but that was COVIDβa fault, not the staffs. They graciously prepared and handed out grab and go breakfast bass with a smile. The staff was great, Desiree was exceptional. We will be back (in October).
