Had a good stay here. The room was clean and well kept upon arrival. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful. They answered our questions. The breakfast was good, standard Hilton. Which is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to Hilton. The hot tub was out of service when were there boo. These things break all the time. Such is life. The location is excellent. The pricing was good. Hilton does a hold on your account for a higher amount vs the quoted price but this will come off after a few business days. Thanks again!!

This is one of our favorite Hampton Inns! We stayed last year and enjoyed it so much, we stayed on our way through Reno again! The rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly, and it is a quiet area! There is an indoor pool and a great breakfast included in your stay!

Housekeeping staff was wonderful! Breakfast was super delicious!! Sausage Patties, Scrambled Eggs, Western Potatoes, Waffles, Hard Boiled Eggs, Cereal, Oatmeal, Fresh Fruit, Toast Breads, Bagels, Juices, Lovely Array of Coffees with Coffeemate Creamers and Teas. Rooms were very clean. Great place for families. Prices were very affordable. Loved our very comfortable stay! β€οΈπŸ˜ƒ

Super rude customer service from front desk guy Brian on 4/28 Thursday night 8:09 PST and very unclear pet policy from this hotel. So me and my husband stayed at this hotel 4/17-4/19 three nights with our two lovebirds in cages and our confirmation number is 80367833. We booked through the third party snap travel. I just checked my bank account and found out there was a $75 charge posted. As far as I was told during check in, there was only an extra charge of $75 safety deposit which would be returned when we check out. I said fine no problem. For your information we stayed in this hotel at least 4 or 5 times in the past two years with our two lovebirds in cages because we travel a lot (feel free to pull up the history in your computer system, we booked either on your site or third party each time) and we know pets stay for free, which has been why we kept coming back. I just talked to the front desk guy named Brian over the phone about that $75 charge. He was super rude and just told me to talk to the manager tomorrow and hung up on me directly as he claimed there was a guest waiting to check in while we were speaking. He claimed that this hotel started charging a pet fee since March this year and the guy who checked me in that night was a new person who did not know about this. I found the whole thing very confusing. Also why would the hotel let someone who doesn’t know everything yet work there alone? I am very angry at the quality of your customer service, front desk person hang up on guests? Seriously? We would never come back again. Brian sucks.

no security guards but several cameras around. it is on a private road in a nice part of town also, not close to any residential areas.
