Wonderfully managed. Only had to call for maintenance 1 time over my entire lease and they were quick and fixed the problem with no issue. Onsite management is fantastic. Really great people. Very well kept grounds. Apartments are nice as well! Near literally every shopping need possible.

My mother inquired about available apartments and woman who I assume is the complex manager told her that the complex accepts Belmont but the required income to be accepted was 50k a year. It is clear that this woman did not know what she was talking about as anyone who was making 50k a year wouldn't qualify for Belmont. She refused to give my mother an application. Very unprofessional and ignorant. After my mother told me her experience and I read the reviews of similar experiences, I had to share. Take your business elsewhere perhaps a place that does not baselessly discriminate. Edit to reply to owner: my mother was not welcome to apply, your manager refused to give her an application. You are obviously welcome to have income requirements but the assumption was made that my mother wouldn't qualify... and that's a problem.

Besides loving the space in the apartment you take all the worry away. Instant response with each need for maintenance - I gave you the trifecta this week and everything was dealt with in a timely manner - friendly service and follow up. This has been a great living situation. I appreciate all that each one of you does in making this a great place to live.
