We have been to our local McDonald's 2xs this week. Afternoon/night shift are rude, and can never get an order correct. Tonight the charged my husband for what we ordered and then only gave us 1/3 of the order. And people behind us paid and received nothing because if was time to close. They were very rude.

This McDonald’s is the worse of the worse! Everytime I go there my food is either wrong, cold or just gets me plain sick! If gas wasn’t so high I wouldnt mind driving 30 minutes out of my way just to go to a different one! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make fresh fries and when you ask for no salt just so they could make them fresh they still give u old cold soggy fries! Either hire smarter and none lazy people or train them better! Tired of drinking flat pop and cold nasty food! Get ur stuff together!

Always check that your order is done right . Used app to speed things up and it improves order accuracy. But ordering in their lot can be difficult. Spent 20 minutes trying to get my app order inside restaurant. Manager had to be called SEVERAL times to help place it. I had hoped she'd stay to make sure it got done and ordered but I was expecting too much.
