I liked the 2-story suite I stayed in. It's obvious that it was at one point two separate normal sized rooms which was converted into an upstairs-downstairs suite. That's not a complaint, by the way. I'm actually intrigued. The upstairs bathroom had what looked like a jetted tub. I didn't use it to confirm. Overall, the suite was neat and clean, with all expected amenities and no real issues. My only complaint would be the soap dispensers on the shower walls. The upstairs' body wash dispenser didn't produce any soap even though it was full. Guess it was clogged or something. Anyway, it was a comfortable stay and I'll stay again if the stars align.

We just got finished hosting a big event Authors Rocking Little Rock at this hotel and everyone was AMAZING! Anytime there is an event like this there will be little problems pop up and every time the staff took great care of us! I have to get a big shoutout to Mark, Maurice, Robert, Mr Kelly and Malissa for the wonderful customer service. Also the maintenance guy that made sure our event was cool for the ballroom. There are so many hotels in Little Rock that could accommodate events like this but you would be smart to book Four Points for any big or small events! And the housekeeping was immaculate! Wonderful place! Thank you for everything!

Checked in for a one night stay in the middle of our road trip. We picked this location because it was close to the zoo. The kids loved the pool. They were the only ones swimming because it was chilly out after the rain which gave them more room to enjoy. The hotel room was on the first floor and overlooked the graveyard, which I didn't notice until we were packing to leave in the morning. We didn't have breakfast or use any of their other amenities due to our short stay but the gym and snack store looked awesome. If I stayed here again I would ask for a room that doesn't face the graveyard.

Lovely staff, convenient off the highway location. Reception area is attractive. Dining area is run down with some menu items unavailable (and apparently haven't been available since menu was released in March). Guest rooms are topically tidy but not really clean (see picture of dirty bed skirt and lots of chipped paint). Extreme overuse of air freshener. Located conveniently to many walking distance attractions. Would stay again if passing through for a night, never as a destination unless budget were the deciding factor.
