I would like to talk with the owner. I have made many attempts to get service from DFN however I have recieved many reasons why I cannot get service. 1 you live in a 5 th wheel. 2 you need to put in a pole. And so on and so on. I just need one person to give me straight answers so I can get service

Everyone told me DFN was the best and on paper everything sounds good. However we have been waiting for fiber to be in our area and when we were at the fair they had a booth and they said they were servicing our area now. One year later they said the same thing at the fair again only to get a phone call telling us that they don't know when it'll be available. It's funny how it seems like areas further away have service but we still don't and don't have any time frame. At this point I want nothing to do with DFN since they've lied to my face twice. Should have talked to Todd when he was at my cousins place and asked him what deal is.

Called talked to a nice gentleman who knew i was in a rush for service he said 4-6wks ok no problem. Month goes by still hadnt heard so i call this lady tells me several months can take up to 12. WHAT? That is ridiculous they lost this customer i told them to cancel.

DFN is the best internet provider anywhere. Always friendly people and very helpful. I would not ever change to any one else.

They have a low cost package call them for exact price. The barely make a hole in the wall to run it into your house. If your modem isn't fast enough to handle the great speed they provide you can purchase through them . Of course the beauty of the package is you can change it easy like a upgrade if you need more . Those with the basic service are very satisfied! I have a business so i opted for the business package. Im not certain about the lowest price package. But some of my neighbors have it and are very. Satisfied.
I'm not sure about that. I know that they are in high demand and if you want it in your neighborhood let them know. It helps to get others to sign up for service. I waited a year. It was so worth the wait. Best fast and reasonable service. You'll be very happy.call them on Monday.

They may be waiting for additional expansion item. They had to do that for us. It's a great company. Once we got them no hiccups or issues. They are a privately owned company. They are growing up so fast. A lot of demand. We waited a year we are in the country. So worth the wait. Be patient i know the frustration. We had CenturyLink man i was almost bald.
Always buy a router through your service provider for best results.

Without investigating the potential cause of the speed issue, one can only speculate what the actual cause would be. Also depending on service; fiber/DSL. Pointing to the DFN servers, allows for a more accurate reading simply because the traffic is directed through our servers, rather than multiple servers spread across greater distances. The website does not know how to do this automatically. If you continue to experience slow speeds, please contact us and we will schedule an appointment to investigate the issue.
It's best to call. There's a lot of places they don't cover.
