Definitely do not work here. The culture is horrible. Especially in the children's and adolescents division. Alex needs to be let go so that they can keep employees. No way he should be in that job while duscrinating because he can't talk to someone any way he wants to

I would suggest calling the hospital and requesting to be connected to medical records and they should be able to inform you of the procedure to obtain those records.

Yes there is a way just call them and see what there is. On fridays volinteers come to the children units to play games or volyball ect

Hello martha i work at the austin state hospital for the adolesence and children. Your son is able to call you at any time as long as he is having safe behavior and he knows your number. The operator may or may not know where your son is located. He does have the right to refuse to talk to you if he wants.
