This place is fairly ok as the nurses and nurse practitioners are really kind and knowledgeable . I am going there because of Nurse practitioner Audrey .s who has been with me since few years years back . Although I have a good expensive insurance where many reputed health care practices are covered , I choose here because of her and her great care . She is the best medical professional I have met here in Austin . Very kind considerate and professional . She knows what she is suppose to do more than a so called Doctor . But sadly the front office staff is rude and disrespectful most of the time . During my last visit ( 3/23)an older receptionists lady asked me if I can speak English or that I am a Muslim for an unknown reason .Lols . She may have thought I am using free medical benefits out of their tax money and kept looking at me to make me uneasy 😬 .

The nurses are so sweet and Caring. The Dr. is so patient and cares for your health. Definitely recommend everyone this clinic.

Horrible Place!!. It gets me really angry and sad because we always have to wait more than an hour, then the staff treats you like trash(literally!) They talk bad to you and are always angry. Today my dad was yelled and kicked out by the MANAGER!! isn't he supposed to be there to help. My dad wanted to know why they weren't going to check him out but the manager got out and told him to leave😤wish he gets fired
