I have been coming to this office for years,this does not reflect the doctors at all. My issue is with the unprofessional office staff. I understand busy times and the wait time. That was fine to a point. Making an appointment is a 5/10. Scheduling went smoothly. About an hour later, I get a call from MARY from billing. She was rude, snippy and condescending. She informed me had a past due balance, I simply said I am sorry I was unaware and I didn't have the money to make a payment right then and there, and asked if I could make a payment when I got paid which was on the 15th. She then said OH, SO YOU AREN'T GOING TO PAY THE PAST DUE BALANCE? I took a moment to process what she had said and what seemed to me was an attempt bully and essentially make me feel like I was purposely avoiding said past due balance, even though I had a scheduled an appointment to see a doctor the same week. That response from her was a total shock. She then said IF IT ISN'T PAID BY FRIDAY it will be going to collections. I said I would make a payment when I got paid and It wasn't any need to talk to me in a condescending manner she then laughed and ended the call. I then called back mind you before just scheduling an appointment took maybe 10 mins hold time, yet when I called back to ask for a supervisor there wasn't much hold time if any honestly and wouldn't you know it was MARY who answered and laughing along with someone else in the background. I simply asked in a supervisor and was given to another person who wasn't a supervisor she was just told I didn't want to deal with MARY which was not the case I wanted to talk to someone who could correct the unprofessional behavior that I just experienced. I was told nobody was in the office and given a name to contact. I know this may not make a difference but in a world where Medical Clinic staff doesn't have empathy and makes patients whom are already not feeling great feel that much worse by patronizing them is something I will not support and much rather go else where. SIDE NOTE I did make the payment when I said I would, I am also not going back. PLEASE DO BETTER FOR OTHERS.

I was just in this clinic last week and saw Dr. Champlain. She is truly an amazing Dr. who listens to what you have to say and how you are feeling. She then helps you find the right care plan for you and your body. I did not feel rushed during our visit, it felt like home :)

Update 12/31. They're still not answering the phone I think their staff is generally trying but either overworked or just don't have the skills to complete anything involving insurance. I do love the doctors and staff here, but they still (update 12/19) can't be reached by phone.... Not taking phone calls. 20-30 minutes of hold time followed by being hung up on...

Had a good experience with this clinic until I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Weidman. He was extremely condescending from the second he walked in the door, making it seem like I was wasting his time for getting a physical. He then proceeded to lecture me about how an issue I wasn’t even in there for or mention and had been previously resolved through medication, was actually just anxiety and all in my head. Has no interest in hearing you, he would rather just talk down to you the whole time instead. Not a great doctor or person.

Our Sincere Apologies. We use an outside service for phlebotomy work, but there is no excuse, they are our contractor. We can only apologize and make a better effort in the future. We did change our contractor over similar complaints. Thank you for the feedback.
Yes. She said 90% of her patients have followed her from Manor. In her office right now.
The best way to find out is to call them directly and ask if she's accepting new patients.
