For some reason they never pick the call. I tried 9:30 AM and then 2 PM. It rings for 3 seconds and then someone shuts the call. Can’t imaging how they have such high rating. I’m having same issue with some of the other primary care specialist too. Not sure what’s happening??

No one picks up the call and the number gets disconnected automatically. Poor customer service ! I understand if you are not accepting new patients, but to disable incoming calls reeks of unfounded pride.

It hasn't been too busy my last few visits. If you're open to seeing a PA or Nurse Practitioner they can get you in quicker.
