Dont go there with a strong voice or distress or crying I was desperate and I guess my voice tone was loud I was told I can't come there ever and I was given a false reason. I am living outside with our their help. So it made me give one star I guess that's appropriate for what they do for others

Yes, I am on SSI and they are the most genuine and helpful staff there as I have needed help too
Yes, the ARCH Case Mgmt program does help...but, you have to do a lot of things yourself to get the referral... It's a lot of work but it's worth it... JT
