Horrible service ever! My husband came in for a physical and they freaking doctor took 2 hrs to see my husband. Staff kept saying 10 mins 10 mins. Don’t come here!

If I could put zero stars or negative stars I would. We had an appointment for a physical examination. I called 3 times to let them know we were in our way to the appointment. On my first call I told them we had a long ride to the clinic of about an hour and I wasn’t sure if traffic would allow us to make it on time. She said it was still fine since they were really behind, so we got on the road. I called again mid way and they changed the speech. Now they said that as long as we arrived at 2pm it would be fine. I said “but that is not what I was told before!” Anyways we tried our best and got there at 2:02 and they said that we were late and that the doctor wouldn’t see us. This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been. The receptionist had zero empathy and only repeated her sentence that we were late over and over (yes, for 2 minutes after a one hour ride) she even suggested to re-schedule us. What a joke!
