My 28 year old son was dianosed with paranoid schizophrenia. He refuses help. Can I get a court order for him to come here for help. Please help. It's getting worse. I'm scared not only for him, but for myself.

I suggest you call the corps if his behavior seems unsafe to you or him. And that way the authority will determine if he needs to be in psychotic hospital.

He has to be arrested first, then the jail will deem him incompetent, and send him to ASH. If you are in fear of him, do not let him near you or in your home. If he is having psychotic episode, he can not be trusted for safety.
