I am disabled and my delivery person keeps leaving my packages down by the road and hanging off my mailbox. He needs to bring it to the porch atleast. I am lucky that my packages haven't been stolen!! He needs to do his job correctly. Plus being disabled if he doesnt bring them to my door I cant always get to my maibox to get them..

Hi your driver leaves my packages everywhere but my home witch is clearly marked 100 Harley Way rd Spruce Pine N.C 28777 I'm disabled and have trouble walking around and looking for my packages this is going on for a long time please help me . I order things alot. Maybe have all my packages so I must always sign for them if that will help , thank you hope this helps me get my packages I do pay for this delivery to my home a d I should get it I think

This facility lost an $800 package after UPS tracking showed it arrived there. No accountability. No refund. Since packages don't just disappear into thin air, the only conclusions left are that they still have it (unlikely after a month) or one of their workers stole it. Very unfortunate, and I will never use UPS again.

Why would tracking show that my package arrived this morning in asheville (the destination) and then instead of coming to me it went back to Winston Salem?

I need to contact the dispatch office which would deliver to a customer in Asheville on Bartlett street - is this the correct phone number / location to get a message to the driver on the truck which will be attempting delivery on these package?

I cant get an answer either! UPS corporate can’t be contacted either!?! I gave a pkg that is supposed to arrive by 9:00 pm tonight and I can’t talk to anyone. UPS lost a $700. Trombone that was a Christmas present and just because the driver took it to the wrong house it’s gone forever!?! No retribution... nothing because you can’t contact anyone... not even the better business bureau!?! I just want assurance that this pkg is going to get where it’s supposed to go... so frustrating🤬

Are we not getting pkgs delivered to doors because someone hit my car when parked in driveway? I suspect UPS driver, but UPS management insists it wasn't. It's remarkably strange now pkgs are dropped in street at end of drive in our neighborhood.
