Linda was AMAZING!! I live in Atlanta, GA and am here to conduct a conference. I was so exhausted. I forgot to make my name tags and walked into the store at 6:40pm. Linda was so kind and patient. She helped me email the files, and find some memory sticks. She didn’t rush me even though I ended up being there after closing. Thank you Linda for being so kind and welcoming. Your customer service exceeded my expectations. I usually use Office Depot at home. I will definitely be looking for a Fed/ Ex location and hope that I receive the same level of customer service.

The customer service was great, however there seriously needs to be an update with the computer systems. A simple print job of one single paper took 15 minutes to just get to and download to print. What was supposed to only be a dollar or two turned into 8 dollars.

I came to this PRINT store. To PRINT, and they don’t have the capability of printing. These documents are essentially, and I wasted hours preparing them for printing for them to be printed they should really fix their business.
