I've gone there to get several versions of heavily illustrated visual notes printed on their heaviest, 100 lb. paper stock. The result was very professional, and I was very happy with the results! I have been bringing my packages to this location for awhile now. Today is the last day that will ever happen. I bring 50-75 packages a day and up until the last week it has been fine. I realized this last week that this UPS store is owned by the same entity that owns the 1070 Tunnel Rd store, and the 825C Merrimon Ave store. I have had bad experiences at those as well. I left my experiences in a review on each of their sites for reference. I discovered this by seeing a transfer employee there the last week that I have been dropping my packages off. Today that employee was scanning my packages and could not get the receipt to scan. She said something to the effect that she didn't know why it wasn't scanning and asked if I needed a receipt, to which I replied, I have had a bad experience in the other UPS stores in the area to which she replied "yea I know" in. condescending tone. She started to sporadically scan the packages to try to retrieve the receipt. She couldn't accomplish that, and she started to become overwhelmed. She moved to another register rudely telling another employee that she needed to use the register because the one she was on was not working. After scanning a few packages, she threw up her hands and walked away telling the other employees to handle it. It seems to me there is a leadership problem at this store. There is no one in charge and there is no accountability. Thankfully the employee that took over was competent enough to scan the packages without any problems and give me a receipt. Do yourself a favor and go to a local staples or the UPS location on 30 Westgate Pkwy, both locations I have never had any issues at.
