5 stars. Out of towner s with a .issued delivery. They were great getting our PKG. Without the tracking #. On to of that helped us figure out a good route for our 5th wheel back onto the highway . Thank you very .much. Really above and beyond

I would like to schedule a pickup for 2 packages, one weighs 29 pounds and the other 45 Lbs. These are for FedEx ground. Is there a charge for requesting and getting a pickup?

I really needed a package, but I did not realize the postage required that someone personally pick it up. I receive a "hold for pickup" message. When can I pick it up, then? Same day? 3p.m.? 8 p.m.? Next day? The package cannot be two places at once

If it says it is at the pick up location, then you can go to that location and pick it up. Make sure you bring an ID.

Yes. I wouldn't tell anyone that you are shipping cash for privacy reasons but if it fits in a sealed container it will ship. Pay for insurance on your package as well.. You are not obligated to disclose what you are sending and can say it's personal and you'd rather not disclose. Secondly the safest route would be to send money electronically via venmo, cash app, facebook pay in messenger, zelle, Green dot or Vanilla Visa.

By the end of the day. But If you missed your delivery you can always call FedEx to have them hold your package there for you.
