If it says it is at the pick up location, then you can go to that location and pick it up. Make sure you bring an ID.
Yes. I wouldn't tell anyone that you are shipping cash for privacy reasons but if it fits in a sealed container it will ship. Pay for insurance on your package as well.. You are not obligated to disclose what you are sending and can say it's personal and you'd rather not disclose. Secondly the safest route would be to send money electronically via venmo, cash app, facebook pay in messenger, zelle, Green dot or Vanilla Visa.
By the end of the day. But If you missed your delivery you can always call FedEx to have them hold your package there for you.
